Vanessa Sebetich has been working at Greenbriar Treatment Center since 1999 as a clinical evaluator and trainer. Ms. Sebetich has Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Washington & Jefferson College and a Master of Education from California University. Ms. Sebetich has developed and conducted hundreds of trainings for companies, colleges, and medical professionals across Southwestern Pennsylvania. Some of the companies that Ms. Sebetich has presented at included Pepsi Bottling Co., Medrad, Bayer, Department of Energy, UPMC, All-Pak, US Food Service, PTI, Sauer, Friedman's, JSP, Superior Petroleum, LEEDS, Oberg Industries, Pittsburgh Water and Sewage Authority, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Allegheny General Hospital, Washington & Jefferson College, Centerville Clinics, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Ariba, Cargill, Greenery Specialty Care Center, and the City of Ashland.

Substance Abuse Issues in the Workplace: What Supervisors Should Know, is the most current training that Greenbriar Treatment Center offers to employers to help deal with this complicated issue. The seminar is conducted on site for Human Resources, supervisors, managers, and safety personnel. The participants will learn about the profile of a substance abuser, what drug paraphernalia looks like, typical job performance problems, how to handle an employee under the influence, how to document problems, and how to refer an employee for treatment.
