Premier Addiction Treatment Serving the Greater Pittsburgh Area
Drug & Alcohol Detoxification
Greenbriar offers State of the Art Drug & Alcohol Detoxification Services to help clients safely withdraw from alcohol and other drugs in a secure and medically-monitored facility.
Our 76-bed detoxification and inpatient facility is licensed to treat Substance Use Disorders and also capable of treating Co-Occurring Mental Illness.
Outpatient alcohol and drug addiction therapy allows our clients to remain at home and receive treatment during the day or evening. Some clients are able to continue working without any disruption to their job.
You may have an addiction problem if your drug or alcohol use is affecting important aspects of your life in negative ways, such as your physical and mental health, family and friends, job, or finances.
If you or a family member are interested in treatment but do not have insurance, there are other options for funding. Each county in Pennsylvania has a Drug and Alcohol office (D&A). The prospective client should contact their home county D&A office and explain that they are in need of treatment, but do not have insurance. The staff at the D&A office will then instruct the client on necessary steps to receive treatment. Clients also have the option of paying for their treatment out of pocket. Arrangements must be made with Greenbriar's financial department prior to admission.
